What Weav Shipped in July 2026

Another month, and another set of shipped features that continue to improve our customer experience. We've made our agents smarter about the messy, real-world stuff customers actually send, and we made it easier to put a Weav agent wherever your customers already are.
The highlights
Weav on Shopify: We released our Shopify plug-in this month and we're seeing great results from our early users.
Weav on Framer: We're fans of framer because we're built on it so we've made it easier than ever to integrate with a one-click plugin to add your AI agent to any Framer site.
Agents that read and understand attachments. Doesn't matter if its a PDF, a screenshot, or a file. We're making it easier to give agents context for your conversation.
Easier to get started: We updated our onboarding to work better with dark mode.
No orphaned workspaces. Transferring ownership when a teammate leaves is now easier than ever. You won't be left with an orhaned workspace.

Shopify merchants can try before they buy - JULY 2
We're now listed in the Shopify marketplace! The best part for Shopify users, we have an exclusive free-trial, so you can give Weav a test drive before committing a penny. We think it will be worth the commitment.
We also cleaned up our Shopify onboarding steps to make it more clear how to setup your store with better store naming and automatic training setup. No more manual configuration, the resolution engine starts to learn once you're through onboarding. If your stores runs on Shopify, this is the easiest Weav has ever been to try.
No workspace left without an owner - JULY 9
Teams change. People move on. Thats natural. But, what should never happen is a workspace getting orphaned when its owner leaves. You can now transfer workspace ownership as part of removing a team member, so control passes cleanly to the right person and nothing is left in limbo. This may not seem like a big deal, but this saves a ton of time down the road.
A cleaner first run - JULY 13
Getting set up with any product should feel easy breezy. We redesigned the onboarding experience with a cleaner, simpler flow, and gave dark mode the polish it deserved. Setting up your first workspace, or your fifth is now quicker than ever.
Agents that actually read the attachment - JULY 14
People don't write clean, easy to understand messages. Everyone writes their own way, and most of the time they write like they talk. Not write like you're taught in grammar school. Plus, we'll throw screenshots, docs, PDFs at agents and ask "Whats wrong" with zero context.
We've taught Weav agents to understand file attachments, including PDFs, sent across chat, email, and WhatsApp, and use what is inside them to answer. A customer can forward their receipt and ask about a charge, and the agent reads the receipt and responds in context, no copying and pasting required.
Your agent, now on Framer - JULY 24
We're big fans of framer. In fact, our site is built on Framer. If your site lives on Framer, adding a Weav agent is as easy as installing our plugin.
